Mr. Wisniewski brings considerable expertise to his areas of concentration: complex litigation, property tax appeals, land-use development and public/private investigations.

Relying on his extensive background in property tax appeals, he represents municipalities and the owners of large commercial and industrial properties. His experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in these matters offers a unique and valuable perspective.

In his land-use practice, Mr. Wisniewski appears before planning and zoning boards and other local and county agencies on behalf of property owners in all phases of approvals, including site plans, subdivisions, variances and redevelopment designations.

His independent investigations work is tailored to corporations, governmental entities, audit committees and boards of directors. He also is experienced in dealing with law enforcement agencies. In addition, Mr. Wisniewski advises clients on how to handle government inquiries.

He also concentrates on complex litigation, such as business management disputes, zoning/planning matters, foreclosures and commercial/residential landlord-tenant issues. If the case cannot be resolved by other means, litigation is vigorously pursued in the most cost-effective manner.

Mr. Wisniewski began his career practicing municipal bond law with Kraft & Hughes. He then developed his skills as a trial attorney and built up his practice representing governmental entities in tort claims and other matters, land-use clients, and medical malpractice and personal injury plaintiffs and defendants.

Mr. Wisniewski is a New Jersey State Assemblyman and serves as Deputy Speaker. He is former Co-Chair of the New Jersey Legislature’s Joint Select Committee on Investigation and has been Chair of the Assembly’s Transportation & Independent Authorities Committee since 2002. He also is a member of the Assembly’s Environment and Solid Waste Committee. From 2010 to 2013, he served as Chairman of the New Jersey Democratic State Committee.
